What: Analysis of brand identity and brand image and development of strategy to close gaps between identity and image.
Data collection: Briefing from you, survey, interviews with employees and management[brand identitet] and interviews (single, group or focus group), analysis of online publicity[brand image] .
Analysis: We derive trends from data and facilitate 1-2 workshops with you, where the trends are analyzed and translated into brand identity and brand image.

Through interviews, document analyzes and questionnaire surveys with employees, customers and potential customers, we examine how you are perceived internally and externally, and we examine what makes the work meaningful for your employees.
Based on the studies, we facilitate four workshops, where we jointly define your purpose, develop your future branding strategy and prepare concrete actions for implementation in the organization.
